The Playacar neighborhood in Downtown is the most family-friendly area in the city of Playa del Carmen. Usually all inclusive hotels in the region are not the best place in terms of food, but for our surprise we really enjoyed the variety of the food been served, helpful staff and the great shows performed every night, specially we like the professional level of circus and magic show. Although a few guests noted a scarcity of children's activities, overall satisfaction remains high with many families planning to return. The buses for the parks will pick you up right at your hotel. Adults in your group will certainly appreciate the minibar and Nespresso machine in each room, too.
